The Call for Candidates for ADO Regional Directors in Areas 1, 3, and 5 are mailed out. According to the ADO Bylaws Article XI, Section 7: Candidates for the position of ADO Regional Director shall be domiciled incumbent/past Executive Officers, Editors, Area Managers, and Regional Directors or National Youth Managers, except as provided in Article VII, Section 7; and Article XIV, Section 5. Also, domiciled/past ADO Representatives, who have served at least (1) one year as a Representative, may qualify as Regional Director candidates. Members may nominate present/past Association titled officers (president, vice president, secretary, or financial officer) for the office of Regional Director.

All candidates must be members of ADO in good standing. Anyone who qualifies and is interested in running should contact General Secretary Carolyn Camp by email secretary@adodarts.com) or by phone (415-488-9008) to receive a Call for Candidates form. Please note that all Call for Candidate forms for Areas 1 and 3 must be returned on or before November 12, 2012 to General Secretary Carolyn Camp – P. O. Box 396 – Lagunitas, CA 94938.

The Area 5 ADO Regional Director elections are postponed due to wide spread storm damage.
