Tom Vigna of Philadelphia has passed away

I don’t know where to start when you lose such a great friend, I haven’t been this heart broken in many years , he was someone who would bring u up when u were down …I just cant believe this great man is gone Tom Vigna you will always be close to my heart , not many i can say touch me the way u did in life RIP tom I will always love you !!!
