The Call for Candidate forms for the positions of ADO President and Chief Financial Officer have been mailed to all ADO Board Members and Regional Directors. The forms are also available for download below. Please note the eligibility requirements for each post, which are stated on the appropriate form.

Completed Call for Candidate forms must be returned by September 12, 2015.
