2022 WDF Winmau World Masters Preview

Updated: December 6, 2022

This Thursday (December 8) sees the start of the World Masters, and the World Masters weekend. In addition to the World Masters itself, the are the qualifiers for the WDF World Championship, and the inaugural World Open. The events will be taking place at De Bonte Wever, in Assen, Netherlands.

Incredibly, there will be over 50 Americans travelling over there to compete, no doubt inspired by reasonably-priced airfares. The vast majority of them will be taking part in the World Masters, with qualification based on WDF World Rankings, tournament wins, and “country invites”.

The World Open takes place over the weekend, with the Lakeside Playoffs being held on Sunday (youth) and Monday (senior).

Updates will be available from the WDF website here and live scores on DartConnect here
