Current WDF Rankings
With last week’s Virginia Beach classic results uploaded. it seems a good time to have a quick look at Americans in the WDF’s ranking tables.
Cowan, Tennessee’s Jason Brandon is currently sitting at #8 in the men’s, just four spots ahead of Leonard ‘Soulger’ Gates. Eleven points (and two places) back is Dutch Open runner-up David Fatum, while Alex Spellman gives us our fourth in the World’s Top 20 with his #17 ranking.
Jeff Springer Jr (#60) is just a point ahead of Robbie Phillips (#61), who is a point ahead of Kevin Luke (#63). Ethan De Veyra (72), Elliot Milk (78), ADO President Jim Widmayer (81), Bruce Robbins (96), and Stoew Buntz (97) are other Americans in the Top 100.
A fantastic start to 2025 has seen New Yorker Tracy Feiertag charging up the women’s rankings, where she currently sits in eleventh – within touching distance of the Top 10. Paula Murphy is nicely placed at #20, while young Aaja Jalbert is another to be racing up the list, and she is just six places behind Paula. Andrea Taylor (38), Cali West (41), and Robin Curry (50) give us six in the Top 50.
Missouri’s Tammy Dauber may have been overshadowed by Tracy and Aaja in recent months, but here is another who has been creeping up the charts; Tammy is currently at #58. The Boston area is well represented, with Carolyn Mars and Sally Kelly at 83 and 84. Washington Area Open Champ is at #91 completes our list in the Top 100.
Sadly, our youth players don’t have the opportunity to travel as much as the seniors, but Maddox Williams is our top boy at #30. Tim Welcome is six points off, and sits at #32. East Coasters Matthew Thompson Jr (89) and Zachary Meeks (92) are the next in line.
It’s a similar story with the girls, and Kaylee Zerby (#17) is the only American in the Top 30. Taylor Farrell and Alexis Achgill are tied at #34, while Alivia Farrell is at 38. Kellie-Mae Buzzell (53), Georgia Whitley (58) are next, with Ariel Geary and Riley Stapleton tied at#80. Ava Graika and Kassandra Griffin (tied at #89) and Taylor Dellinger and Jorja Crouch (tied at #100) round out the list.
We have never had this kind of representation in previous WDF ranking tables, so you can see the value of having as many WDF-ranked tournaments as we are allowed. With a full complement of such events in the US in 2025, watch out for more Americans to make an impact!
