2018 Lakeside World Championship – Days Five/Six Results
Glen Durrant continued his impressive form as he looks to retain the title he won a year ago. A 99.13 average gave him a 4-1 victory over Darryl Fitton. Second seed Mark McGeeney was another 4-1 winner, sending Danny Noppert home.
While the top two seeds looked comfortable, the same can’t be said of #4 seed, Scott Mitchell. The 2015 champ posted a nice average of 96.39, but it wasn’t enough against Andy Baetens.
